Customer Resolution & Return Analyst

Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World

As a Customer Resolution & Return (CRR) Analyst, you will play a key role in shipping and carrier management along with providing customer resolutions for 3M. In this role you will be able to manage carrier delivery documents and shipping documents, while delivering high-quality service and maintaining accurate reporting data. You will interact with external customers, shipping carriers, quality teams, and internal 3M contacts, as well as turning data into actionable information to resolve customer issues promptly.

The Impact you will make in this role:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating various reports using Microsoft Excel. Ensuring data accuracy and providing insights based on the data.

  • Coordinating with external carriers and shipping sites to ensure timely and accurate delivery of signed delivery and shipment documents.

  • Partnering with customers and internal contacts to proactively resolve issues, ensuring data accuracy, timely response and proactive problem solving. Communicating clearly through email and telephone interactions.

  • Implementing creative solutions for moderate to complex issues, demonstrating skills and knowledge in shipment solutions, shipment documentation and product returns.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of experience engaging and servicing customers, in a Billing, Issue Resolution, Finance, Customer Support/Service role in a private, public or government environment

OR

  • High school diploma/ GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND six (6) years of experience engaging and servicing customers, in a Billing, Issue Resolution, Finance, Customer Support/Service role in a private, public or government environment

  • English level: C2 or higher

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience with Excel skills including familiarity with conditional formulas, vlookup and pivot tables

  • Experience with Power BI, Access, and Automation tools

  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests

  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally using local languages Intermediate to advanced excel and data analysis skillset

  • Experience in EPR and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce)

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management

  • Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred

  • Self-motivated, and able to work effectively, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers

  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems

  • Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others

  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills

  • Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion

  • Prefers to stay busy with a full workload and enjoys meeting challenges

  • Ability to handle work-related stress; handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines

Work Location: This position follows an on-site working model, meaning the employee is required to perform their duties at the GSC Costa Rica, located at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia. However, depending on the company´s needs and operational capabilities, a flexible on-site schedule may be permitted. At present, employees are expected to work from the office one day per week, to foster collaboration and maintain team connection. Nevertheless, the required on-site presence may be adjusted in the future and could increase to several days per week, depending on business needs and operational priorities. The company will communicate any such changes in advance to ensure a smooth transition.

· Travel: No travel is required, but there be occasional domestic or international travel if needed.
