DESCRIPTION

The mission of the Special Fulfillment team is to build and operate an operation network that provides new services to Amazon Japan customers while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for Business Analyst to collect and analyze data of our newly established operation network

Key job responsibilities
・Aggregation of predictive data related to new operation networks, creation of aggregation formats, and visualization of status
・Examination of improvements based on data and execution of improvement actions for speed, purchase trends, etc.
・Project promotion and coordination work with in-house stakeholders (Retail, FBA, FC/EF, ATS, AMZL, ROC, SCOT, etc.)
・Create and update various metrics
