Do you enjoy learning about different Amazon business types and new subsidiaries, and thinking creatively about brand new businesses that Amazon is inventing on behalf of customers? Amazon’s Finance Operations Operational Readiness Team (ORT) is seeking an ORT Analyst to support operational readiness across FinOps AR processes for new business launches, geographical expansions, compliance changes, and functional enhancements. This role will work with global teams including PMO, AR Launch Team, FinTech, FOAA, Accounting, Tax, and operations to ensure processes are practical and ready for operational release.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the integration of new businesses and initiatives onto O2C platforms following established procedures
• Assist in developing and executing test scripts for AR processes
• Participate in UAT and PVT testing activities under guidance
• Document testing results and track issues to resolution
• Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with process documentation and performance metrics tracking
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables
• Participate in hypercare activities post-launch
• Escalate complex issues or deviations from standard processes appropriately
