Amazon is seeking a high-judgment, self-motivated, and creative communications professional to join our Shopping PR team. This role can be based in Seattle, New York, or Arlington, VA.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in communications. To be successful in this role you will need excellent communications skills, writing ability, and initiative, and to be comfortable with ambiguity and have a strong sense of ownership. You should have experience delivering results with high standards under tight deadlines, ideally in a complex organization.

Key job responsibilities
• Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and the evolving AI landscape, and develop new earned, owned, and paid communications approaches that help reach audiences
• Develop, drive, and support product communications plans, programs, and content in support of Amazon’s Shopping business
• Have interest in AI and other technologies that help make shopping even more convenient and fun
• Provide communications counsel to business leaders
• Help manage reputational issues
