This role sits at the intersection of conversational design and interaction design, focusing on evolving our Shopping AI.

Key job responsibilities
- Design Core Interactions: Create and evolve the interaction patterns and UI systems that power Amazon's conversational commerce experience
- Build for Scale: Design solutions that work across multiple device types, countries, and contexts for hundreds of millions of customers
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and Conversational Design teams
