Key job responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and closing of logistics fixed costs, monitoring of tax credits, and management of financial projects, providing actionable insights to operations teams and cross-functional partners.
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards and reporting tools that enable data-driven decision making for transportation operations leadership.
- Develop structured process documentation (SOPs) and knowledge transfer materials to ensure operational continuity and scalability of financial activities across the organization.
- Train and mentor junior team members, contribute to the creation of onboarding plans, and actively participate in talent development initiatives within the finance organization.
- Proactively identify financial process improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in transportation finance operations.
