Description
Are you a customer-obsessed builder with a passion for helping customers achieve their full potential? Do you have the business savvy, GenAI background, and sales skills necessary to help position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for customers? Do you love building new strategic and data-driven businesses? Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Amazon Quick team as a Business Development Specialist!
The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. We work backwards from our customer's most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. We pride ourselves on thinking big, delivering exceptional results for our customers, and working across AWS as #OneTeam.
Within WWSO, this position is part of the Worldwide Specialist Team, where you will lead the global GTM plan for Amazon Quick — AWS's AI-powered work companion that connects to all of a user's work systems and acts on their behalf. Amazon Quick helps enterprise customers boost productivity by automating workflows, surfacing insights from connected tools (Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, ServiceNow, and more), and enabling their teams to focus on high-value work instead of busywork. You are a leader for specialists, architects, partners, and account teams around the world and set direction and standards for how we solve customer problems in the AI productivity and workplace intelligence domain. You partner with technical and business teams across AWS and bring the voice of the customer into our product development roadmap. The WW team sees the big picture and sets the plan so the world's most customer obsessed technical teams can make history.
Key job responsibilities
Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Quick — AWS's AI-powered work companion — thinking through challenges on a 1–3+ year time scale across both bottoms-up consumer and top-down enterprise field plays.
Leverage your deep domain expertise in AI productivity, workplace intelligence, and enterprise SaaS to create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy for Amazon Quick.
Support field teams in solution building for high-priority customers, including connector architecture (Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, ServiceNow), OIDC/identity integration, and use-case development across sales, HR, finance, and engineering workflows.
Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on the Amazon Quick roadmap — surfacing blockers, competitive displacement risks, and customer feature requests.
Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution, including pipeline metrics, adoption KPIs, and initiative prioritization across the Quick portfolio.
Demonstrate thought leadership and credibly represent AWS and Amazon Quick at industry events, conferences, and symposiums — positioning Quick as the AI work companion of choice for enterprise customers.
About the team
The Amazon Quick Go-to-Market team is a small, high-impact group within the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) responsible for bringing AWS's AI-powered work companion to market. We own the global GTM strategy across both bottoms-up consumer adoption and top-down enterprise field motions — partnering with sales, marketing, product, professional services, and partners to drive customer adoption at scale. Our team operates at the intersection of product strategy and field execution: we build sales plays, enable specialist and account teams worldwide, develop solution architectures for high-priority customers, and bring the voice of the customer back to product leadership to shape the Amazon Quick roadmap. We're a builder culture that moves fast, thinks on a multi-year horizon, and thrives on turning ambiguity into repeatable, scalable GTM engines.
