Do you have a passion for precision opto-mechanical assemblies? Do you love spinning CAD and optimizing designs for performance and manufacturability requirements? Do you get satisfaction from knowing that your tolerance analysis enabled high production yields? The Camera team is seeking a mechanical engineer to own the mechanical design of high-volume camera depth modules (shipping examples include FaceID and Lidar for iPhone). As part of our Camera Technologies group, you’ll help create the innovative depth sensing technology in each new generation of Apple products. You’ll be a part of the design process for everything involved in our depth camera systems, from sensor to lens. You’ll collaborate with teams across Apple to design, develop, manufacture, and test depth-sensing modules for Apple products.
