About the role
Shape the future of Chubb Life’s products, pricing, and performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (Group Finance), this is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our strategy, where insight, influence, and innovation drive commercial and customer outcomes.
You’ll lead a capable team of Product Managers and Actuarial Analysts, setting direction, providing clarity, and creating an environment where great people do their best work. It’s a role with real scope: strategic visibility, global connection, and the freedom to make change happen.
In this key role you’ll
- Own Chubb Life’s product and pricing strategy — from design to delivery.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive growth and customer value.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals and standards.
- Ensure our products remain competitive, compliant, and commercially sound.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across all product lines.
To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following
- Proven track record in shaping and executing product strategy, development, and lifecycle management within the life insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong background in pricing methodologies, actuarial analysis, and financial modeling, with a history of driving profitable business outcomes.
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Skilled in managing and influencing relationships with executive leadership, global teams, and key stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and governance frameworks relevant to life insurance products and pricing.
