Team/Role Overview
The Performance Testing Lead role is part of the Testing Deployment & Environment Management horizontal service of offerings for the Strategic Ledger Transformation program. This is a critical role in coordinating performance testing activities at Citi for Oracle SaaS solution (AFCS, ERP, EPM) and internal applications.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Designing, planning and leading performance testing activities for the Citi Strategic Ledger program with a focus on Oracle SaaS AFCS application, along with other offerings such as ERP and EPM.
Analysing the results of performance runs and identifying bottlenecks, establishing RCA and opportunities for tuning.
Working with Oracle performance testing team to provide feedback and main-line tuning required to meet performance objectives.
Identifying opportunities for tuning internal Citi applications that interact with Oracle SaaS platform.
Delivering performance testing objectives for the various stages of the program.
Coordinating the day-to-day execution of WBS tasks required for performance testing.
Communicating status of performance testing at program leadership forums.
Facilitating creation of JIRA tickets and Oracle Service Requests to track defects.
Facilitating triage meetings for problem resolution as required.
Maintaining artifacts required for various tollgates required by program governance.
What we’ll need from you
15 + years experience in Oracle database development and management. Significant experience as an Oracle DBA.
10+ years experience with Oracle administration and performance tuning.
Expertise with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, automation tools – TOSCA and Jenkins.
Experience with ETL tools such as Ab-Initio (preferred), Informatica etc.
Experience in technology coordination and/or project management.
Expertise in Software Lifecycle Management, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Ability to summarize and convey technical results into clear, actionable messages.
Expertise in managing multiple priorities and conflict management.
Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree. Certification as an Oracle DBA.

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
