Work You’ll Do
- Implement Out of the Box (OOTB) ServiceNow modules to drive business transformation for clients.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Document and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Leverage software platforms to enhance and transform client/customer service delivery.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
- 3+ years of Javascript, familiarity with ServiceNow, understanding of ServiceNow data schema
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

- ServiceNow developer
- ServiceNow modules
- Strong communicator both oral and written
