Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

The Impact you will have in this role:

The Senior Analyst, will support the Client Interfaces platform team across various stages of the product lifecycle. Working closely with Product Managers, Technology, Client Operations, and other customers, the Senior Analyst will assist in gathering and analyzing data, documenting requirements, supporting roadmap execution, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, meticulous, analytical problem solver with good communication skills and a passion for excellence and improvement.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and reporting on product roadmap progress, OKRs, KPIs, financial metrics, and other ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support multi-functional coordination by documenting meeting outcomes, tracking action items, and identifying potential risks or dependencies.
  • Contribute to the product lifecycle process – this includes, but is not limited to:
    • Documenting business key decisions, client and business requirements, action plans, product specifications, policies, processes, procedures, risks, and controls, etc.
    • Conduct research and analyses to identify client needs, industry trends, and opportunities for platform enhancements.
    • Participate in sessions with the business and clients to validate product features and ensure alignment with their expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support platform development and go-to-market activities.
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile environments preferred
  • Experience in driving process improvement and operational excellence
  • Basic understanding of B2B technology platforms and system integration concepts (e.g., network connectivity, channels, formats, etc.)


The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
