Information Security - Sr Professional IIAbout your role:
As a Cyber Engineering - Sr Professional I, you will be at the forefront of protecting sensitive data and safeguarding our clients’ information by implementing advanced cybersecurity measures. Your role will be crucial in defending our systems, data, and infrastructure from potential threats. Joining our dedicated cybersecurity team, you will collaborate with experts to design, develop, and deploy security solutions that ensure the highest levels of protection and compliance.
What you'll do:
- Support identity lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) using SailPoint IIQ.
- Lead & support access certification campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance through scheduled campaigns for prioritized entitlements, Nested group remediation, Identification and resolution of groups with missing members and Manage entitlements lacking owners or descriptions
- Support the administration and configuration of SailPoint connectors for provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM governance requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain IAM dashboards and reports to monitor identity governance metrics and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits scheduled of user access and entitlements to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FFIEC, PCI, SOC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Provide training and guidance to technology & business stakeholders on IAM best practices and security protocols related to WF Identity lifecycle.
- Stay current with IAM trends and recommend enhancements to Fiserv’s identity governance framework.
Experience you'll need to have:
4+ years of experience in cybersecurity
2+ years of experience with IAM principles and technologies, including SailPoint
2+ years of experience with systems and network administration in Windows and Unix/Linux
2+ years of experience with authentication tools and protocols such as SAML
2+ years of experience recommended with DLP tools like Forcepoint or Broadcom
2+ years of experience with endpoint management tools like CrowdStrike or Tanium
2+ years of experience with encryption tools like PKWARE
4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience in the financial services industry
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications
