Role - Senior IRM Developer
Skillset - IRM Developer having ServiceNow hands on experience of 10+ yrs.
Candidate should be willing to work 3 days a week from the office
Must Have: CSA certification

Job Description


• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements and enhance platform functionality.
• Provide deep technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable and robust.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and other developers, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions and processes.
• A "ServiceNow IRM Policy and Compliance Developer" is a technical professional responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform, specifically focusing on the Policy and Compliance Management modules. They work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, ensuring the organization effectively manages its policies, compliance obligations, and associated risks through the ServiceNow platform.
• Working closely with (Business Analysts) BA's, Architects, Testing teams and process teams
• Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement and provide solutions to ensure tool is protected in process, security and performance aspects.
• Designing end to end solutions, improving configurations, and driving rollouts of new applications and modules
• Following continuous improvement best practices by identifying and diagnosing improvement opportunities and delivering solutions using Agile software development processes and identifying risk by incorporating different Authentication mechanism.
