Role: Data Concierge
Core Responsibilities & Purpose:

• Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary contact connecting business stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of incident/support tickets in OPS.

• Translation of Needs: effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for our support engineers to communicate in English including initial incident triaging.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships between non-technical business users and expert technical squads and conduct weekly/monthly SRE meeting across the products.

• Spanish: Native proficiency is mandatory.
• Portuguese: Preferable not mandate.

• English: Advanced professional working proficiency (implied for corporate communication).

• Cloud Platforms: Demonstrated familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) terminology, architecture, and capabilities.
• Data Visualization: Understanding of Power BI (PBI) workflows and reporting standards.
• Web Applications: Knowledge of web app development lifecycles and user interface concepts.
• Domain Knowledge: Ability to navigate specific business domain terms relative to the beauty or CPG industry (if applicable).
