We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Data Center Sales Account Manager to lead sales programs, enablement, and operational excellence for Dell's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business across the Americas. This pivotal role supports Dell account coverage, aligns cross-functional teams, and executes high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Programmatic Operations: Manage scalable sales programs and strategic initiatives for Dell's ISG business.

  • Drive Sales Enablement: Develop tools, content, and training that empower Dell sales teams to effectively position ISG solutions.

  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal investment in sales programs and initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Strategy Development and Execution: Formulate and implement strategies for Dell's Americas business, ensuring alignment with global ISG goals and regional market dynamics.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize initiatives.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • A deep understanding of Dell's business model, sales structure, and partner ecosystem.

  • Proven skills to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in the following:

    • In sales operations, program management, or business strategy, preferably within the tech or enterprise IT sector.

    • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$236,270.00-$333,560.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
