Job Overview
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for Intuit’s cross-platform, server-driven UI platform (“Dynamic Experience”).
This role sits at the intersection of developer experience, UX frameworks, and platform product management. You’ll serve our internal developers as primary customers: building the tooling, standards, and ecosystems that let product teams ship delightful and performant experiences across web, iOS, and Android.
Responsibilities
Own platform vision & roadmap for server-driven UI; align bets to speed, reliability, accessibility, and quality outcomes.
Understand internal teams: map workflows and top pain points; translate into requirements; evolve DynEx capabilities, APIs, and standards to support them.
Drive platform adoption & outcomes: set targets (e.g. # expereinces supported, dev NPS, integration time), deliver enablement (templates, docs, starter kits), and remove integration friction.
Build the ecosystem & influence: grow contributors and feedback loops, benchmark external SDUI/DX tech, communicate impact with leadership.
Qualifications
6+ years of product management experience with meaningful time as a platform/DX PM (SDKs, APIs, frameworks, or tooling) shipping at scale.
Demonstrated success improving developer experience (toolchains, docs, CLIs, dev portals) and measuring impact with clear KPIs.
Working knowledge of UX development frameworks and patterns (e.g., component libraries, design systems, React/Angular, schema-driven or server-driven UI); ability to translate UX requirements into platform capabilities.
Proven technical depth: comfortable in architecture discussions across web/iOS/Android; familiar with REST/GraphQL, schema/versioning strategies, client performance, and accessibility.
- Strong product sense and the ability to balance developer and end-user outcomes.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication; adept at aligning multiple teams and shipping in phased, low-risk increments.
A track record of curiosity, drive, and grit—you learn fast, persist through ambiguity, and deliver durable results.
- BS/BA in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. Prior software development experience a strong plus.
(Nice-to-have) Experience with server-driven UI systems (e.g., Adaptive Cards, Epoxy/sectioned renderers, Beagle) or building plugin/extension architectures.
