We are seeking a Sr. Research Analyst who will lead and advance specialized scientific research initiatives, applying expertise to drive innovation and discovery in the laboratory. This role involves high-level collaboration, strategic decision-making, and mentorship to support the broader research program.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Principal Investigator to develop, implement, and oversee complex research projects.
  • Provide strategic input on research direction, assessing and refining objectives as needed.
  • Develop and apply advanced scientific methodologies and specialized techniques to support research goals.
  • Synthesize and analyze complex data for presentations, publications, and grant proposals.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to laboratory staff, trainees, and junior faculty, serving as an expert consultant on laboratory operations.
  • Ensure research quality, compliance, and innovation through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Eight years of related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education, permitted by the JHU equivalency formula, beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $101,800 - $177,800 Annually (139,600 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
