We are seeking a skilled facilities or hospitality operations professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Contributors will evaluate AI-generated facilities and operations scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve realism, safety alignment, and operational decision-making in hospitality and facilities environments.

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based upon anticipated time of completion. Consultants will control their own schedule, provide their own tools to perform the work, and are free to simultaneously provide services to other vendors and employers to the extent permitted by those vendors and employers.

Responsibilities

• Create and review AI-generated facilities and operations workflows
• Evaluate maintenance, inspection, and safety logic
• Identify operational risks or unrealistic assumptions
• Provide structured, experience-based feedback
• Apply real-world facilities and hospitality standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, hospitality operations, or hotel asset management
• Familiarity with maintenance planning, inspections, and safety standards
• Experience overseeing facilities or multi-site operations
• Strong written communication and independent judgment
