Product Manager Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all stages of a product’s lifecycle and drive product development.
  • Work with engineers and designers from ideation, technical design, and development to the testing, production, and/or release of the product.
  • Define the goals of the product.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, usability studies, and market analysis to define product specifications, determine feasibility of the design, enhance user satisfaction, and ensure the product’s success.
  • Continue to design, develop, and modify product specifications with the goal of maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Develop creative solutions to product issues.
  • Test, validate, document, and revise product specifications to serve new purposes or improve the product.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in data-driven decisions.
  • Establish product performance standards and ensure that best-in-class products are delivered on time and within budget.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field and 60 months in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Requires 24 months experience in following:
  • 1. Product management or product design
  • 2. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
  • 3. Creating examples through wireframes and mock ups
  • 4. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team
  • 5. Delivering technical presentations
  • 6. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
  • 7. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
  • 8. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design and
  • 9. Experience managing delivery of at least 1 hardware or software product.

$260,666/year to $274,450/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
