We currently have an opening for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the Consumer Margin and Microsoft AI team. This role owns will lead the FP&A and rhythm of businesses for Consumer M365 and Windows business in COGs and investment team.
Responsibilities
Lead FP&A ROB deliverables for Consumer M365 Consumer and Windows, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, forecasting, and reporting.
- Act as Capex Council liaison, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports with business and finance teams.
- Partner with engineering, revenue finance, and central finance to deliver required cross-functional outputs.
- Provide timely financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making for engineering and finance stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience with progressive advancement within your discipline
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Proven FP&A skills for reporting and rhythm of business and ability to work with financial systems
- Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way. Executive level oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project results through both individual and v-team efforts
- Self-starter driving in-class decision support in ambiguous environments
- Partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others without direct authority and appropriately push back when required
- Comfort working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level projects to detailed Cost Of Goods Sold analysis
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
