| Position Highlights | The Dr. Kalin lab is recruiting a motivated postdoctoral fellow to study molecular mechanisms involved in tissue injury/repair and carcinogenesis. Several projects are available, including the role of endothelial cells and pericytes during lung injury and regeneration, the role of tumor micro-environments in cancer progression and metastasis, and the combination of radiation treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors in anti-cancer therapy. The positions will involve the use of animal models, human cell lines, and cutting-edge technologies, including nanoparticle delivery systems and omics. These research projects have the potential to lead to new therapies, which will then be tested in preclinical studies. The fellowship will provide training opportunities. This position is eligible for visa sponsorship. Outstanding UA benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; UA/ASU/NAU tuition reduction for employees and qualified family members; access to UA recreation and cultural activities; and more!
