Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain recruitment spreadsheets and documents
• Monitor project emails
• Track participants
• Project Planning
• Strategic development
• Team Supervision
• IRB Duties
• Perform other related activities as required

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• Current or past student in social work, psychology, public health, or other social/behavioral science
• Experience working on a research study.
• Experience recruiting participants for research.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
• Interest in research with POC populations
• Strong project management skills (related to research preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Leadership Skills
• High level of attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work on a team, and punctuality
• Commitment to social justice and racial and socioeconomic equity
