- Validate and test Fusion AI features, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for AI-driven and machine learning–based functionalities.

We are seeking a QA Analyst with hands-on experience in testing AI-driven features and a strong understanding of AI concepts. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to validating conversational AI, machine learning–based functionalities, or intelligent automation workflows. This role involves designing and executing test strategies for Fusion AI features, analyzing model outputs, identifying anomalies, and ensuring product quality. Candidates should possess solid technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure robust and reliable AI capabilities

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
- Validate and ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Fusion AI features.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-driven functionality.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing on AI workflows.
- Analyze AI outputs, identify anomalies, and work with engineering teams to refine model behavior.
- Document defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate closely with developers for timely resolution.
- Review logs, API responses, and system behaviors to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Participate in feature discussions, provide QA insights, and contribute to improving AI testing strategies.
- Maintain test documentation, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support continuous process improvements.
