Role Overview:
Oracle GSC is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant who can support, enhance, and modernize complex enterprise applications across global business environments. The role requires strong technical depth, the ability to work closely with functional and business teams, and a forward-looking approach to solution design and delivery.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 (mandatory).

  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, BI Publisher.

  • Experience in Interfaces, Conversions, APIs, and Oracle EBS architecture.

  • Exposure to OAF, APEX, or personalizations is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of performance tuning and debugging techniques.

  • Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware, etc.) preferred.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in at least 2–4 end-to-end implementations or major upgrade projects.

  • Hands-on support for global clients across multi-country setups.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-handling ability.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a go-getter approach.

  • Ability to collaborate across time zones with global teams.

  • Clear documentation and presentation skills.

Looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules and a proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and demonstrate strong client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and support Oracle EBS R12 technical components across Finance and SCM modules.

  • Work on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) with hands-on design, build, and delivery ownership.

  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Participate in end-to-end project activities including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and transition.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.

  • Ensure alignment with Oracle development standards, performance norms, and security best practices.

  • Support global rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives.

  • Provide clear documentation—technical specs, test scripts, deployment steps, and support materials.

  • Engage with stakeholders across regions with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
