US: Hiring Range in USD from: $69,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Career Level - IC2
As a Data Architect on the Oracle Health Advance research and development team, you will develop analytics that power our next-generation electronic health record insights platform, leveraging data from Oracle Health's new electronic health record and integrated suite of clinical AI agents. You’ll be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating diverse health data, and developing advanced visualizations that drive continuous improvement in clinical workflows. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to turn complex healthcare and performance data into actionable intelligence that supports targeted user interventions, benchmarking, and high-impact organization-wide projects. Your expertise will help shape actionable metrics and management tools that improve outcomes and deliver measurable value to clinicians and healthcare organizations across the globe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical skills in data acquisition and manipulation using advanced SQL
- Experience with Python, R, and regular expressions for data manipulation
- Good working knowledge of object-oriented programming and data structures
- Strong skills in data visualization, with deep expertise of Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Experience developing data-intensive applications and reliable data pipelines in a cloud environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical workflows is a plus
- Experience with statistical modeling and practical statistical learning
- Ability to understand and prioritize work based on value and goals of a project
- Experience summarizing technically complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and interest in using metrics to improve decision-making and influence behavior
- Curiosity and creativity to solve novel problems in unique ways
- Commitment to incremental progress towards resolving a problem
- Comfort with ambiguity
- A demonstrated ability to pick up new skills quickly
