| Posting Summary | The Eligibility Program Specialist reports directly to the Program Director and appropriately administers state and federal child care subsidies, data storage and documentation procedures that meet administrative and program quality audits, and fiscal oversight. S/he will manage the daily eligibility process and subsidy related tasks from application review, eligibility determination, re-determination for continued care, data entry, and/or completion of child care arrangement in addition to processing termination of coverage. The incumbent is responsible for continuous case management services, making client-driven changes in cases involving eligibility or other pertinent information affecting services, such as a change in household income, family size, child care provider selection, employment hours, and the like. As necessary, will generate recoupments and complete related reports. The Eligibility Program Specialist promotes high-quality consumer education throughout the delivery system. This is a grant funded position contingent upon the availability of funds to support it. This position has multiple vacancies. |
