We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and help shape the future of Talent Management technology. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and a track record of delivering scalable, production-ready systems. Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team.

Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack solutions

Guide architecture discussions and make key technical decisions

Education and Occupational Experience
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and four (4) years of experience.

Core Backend Expertise

Extensive experience in Java/J2EE ecosystem, including Spring, Hibernate, JSP, and Servlets

Deep understanding of RESTful API design, ODATA, SOAP, and microservices-based architectures

Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, relational databases (MS SQL Server, HANA), and RDBMS optimization
Front-End Development

Advanced skills in modern front-end technologies: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, and UI5
-
Ability to lead UI design discussions and enforce consistency across user interfaces
Architecture & Design

Strong command of object-oriented programming, system design (OOAD), and design patterns
-
Experience with UML modeling, system decomposition, and scalable solution architecture

Proven ability to make architectural decisions and evaluate trade-offs in complex systems
Search & Integration Technologies

Hands-on experience with enterprise search and caching tools: Apache Solr, Elastic Search, and Ehcache

Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts using SSIS and OLAP cubes
Testing & Quality

Expertise in test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, and mocking with JUnit

Ability to design and maintain automated test suites across the SDLC

Experience conducting performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter, with a focus on bottleneck analysis

Solid understanding of QA and staging environments, test isolation, and deployment strategies

Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, and proactive issue detection in QA and staging environments
DevOps & Tooling
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation

Deep understanding of Chef- creating cookbooks, managing Chef servers

Skilled in using CI/CD pipelines and tooling (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Git) for automated builds and deployments

Familiar with containerization, deployment pipelines, and continuous integration strategies

Experience with IDEs like Eclipse and IntelliJ and runtime environments such as Tomcat and JVM-based stacks

Comfortable managing Linux-based systems
System & Environment Management

Proficient across Linux and Windows development environments

Deep debugging skills and a performance-first mindset when tackling production issues
Innovation & Collaboration

Proficient in leveraging GitHub Copilot and similar AI development tools to enhance productivity, enforce coding standards, and streamline repetitive tasks.

Able to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, and performance. Guides junior developers on responsible use of AI in the SDLC

Ability to mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141700 - 240900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
