    Your Tasks and responsibilities

    • Defines the strategic development and lifecycle of the assigned product, solution and/or service portfolio, in line with the given strategy of the business.
    • Proposes function or unit related budgets, e.g. R&D budget distribution, strategic targets, etc.
    • Defines and allocates resources for Product Portfolio Management.
    • Ensures constant observation of relevant markets (competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations within target markets, etc.).
    • Initiates analyses and decision proposals for Product & Product Portfolio Management Head.
    • Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

    Your qualifications:

    • Electrical engineering or similar background
    • Fluent English
    • 10 years of experience with electrical protection and automation systems
    • Experience working with electrical substations
    • Experience as team leader and team manager
    • Experience working with projects
