You’ll lead the development of Vitruvio’s tech platform to enhance and automate service delivery and improve visibility into business performance. In this role, you’ll also:

• Collaborate with business and service delivery teams to define product specifications and drive execution.
• Design and implement automation, productivity tools, and internal systems to streamline financial operations, optimize performance management, and balance service delivery capacity with client demand.
• Manage the tech stack build-out from an early stage and ensure smooth technical implementation.
• Design data schema and manage internal databases.
