What you’ll do day-to-day
- Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape, bringing informed perspectives on new models, tooling, and best practices to the team’s strategic and tactical decisions.
- Leverage advanced learning design methodologies to build AI fluency and skills that enable employees to use AI to enhance and reinvent day-to-day work.
- Consult and collaborate with stakeholders, translating business needs into practical, AI-driven learning and workflow solutions.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and learning experiences, fostering confidence, curiosity, and thoughtful experimentation with new ways of working.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution for AI learning initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with L&D colleagues to drive innovative application of AI across our learning programs, enhancing how we design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences.
