What you’ll do day-to-day
- Support the design and deployment of high-density infrastructure, ensuring technical specifications are carried through to field execution.
- Manage site capacity across power, cooling, and space to keep deployments within operating limits and preserve room for growth.
- Oversee vendors installing specialized infrastructure, ensuring power delivery and thermal management systems meet operational requirements.
- Develop runbooks and validate new deployments to confirm power distribution, thermal balance, and production readiness.
- Evaluate and document next-generation infrastructure, including liquid-to-chip systems and secondary cooling loops, through lab and production pilots.
- Maintain monitoring and inventory records so hardware and facility deployments are properly integrated into alerting and DCIM systems.
- Provide senior technical support for complex hardware and infrastructure issues, including server diagnostics and secondary fluid system troubleshooting.
