How will you contribute to our magical experience?:
The Sales Research team plays a central role in supporting TWDC’s commercial strategy by delivering data-driven insights, market intelligence, and consumer understanding that strengthen sales narratives and maximize value for advertisers. By combining advanced analytical capabilities, robust research methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration, the team unlocks opportunities across platforms including streaming, linear TV, digital, and events.
The person in this role will lead ad hoc research projects and deliver both quantitative and qualitative analyses that inform strategic decisions and generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and commercial clients.
The Sr. Analyst, Revenue Research will be responsible for:
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to position TWDC platforms as premium, revenue-generating media environments, strengthening commercial narratives with robust insights.
- Lead ad hoc research initiatives in partnership with external vendors, ensuring methodological rigor, timely delivery, and business alignment.
- Translate data into clear storylines and develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and synthesize multiple data sources (e.g., GWI, Comscore, Kantar, social listening, custom research) to identify trends that enhance TWDC’s value proposition.
- Represent the research team in internal and client-facing meetings, contributing to measurement-based solutions tailored to advertisers’ needs.
- Design and deliver custom studies (quantitative and qualitative), with emphasis on campaign effectiveness, brand perception, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Oversee research projects with external vendors, aligning on methodology, audience definitions, timelines, and deliverables.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 3-4+ years of experience in similares roles.
- Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of Spanish (plus)
- Strategic, data-driven presentations tailored for stakeholders and clients.
- Storytelling insights that translate data into clear business value.
- Audience affinity and segmentation profiles using tools such as TGI, GWI, Kantar, and Comscore.
- Custom reports focused on campaign measurement (Brand Lift, MMM, Attention Metrics, creative testing).
- Ad hoc insights supporting commercial pitches, planning processes, and post-campaign reviews.
- Proven ability to identify, test, and adopt new research tools, data sources, and methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience translating client business objectives into research frameworks.
- Advanced ability to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with persuasive storytelling and visualization expertise.
- Proficiency with media/audience research tools (TGI, GWI, Kantar IBOPE, Comscore).
- Familiarity with campaign measurement solutions (Brand Lift, Attention Metrics, MMM, creative testing).
- Strong knowledge of digital and streaming performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
