U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Cloud Data Engineer (multiple positions) in New York, NY.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications deployed in cloud-based services used in data governance for computing platforms and technologies.
  • Build software for data ingestion and data migration from premise infrastructures to cloud platforms.
  • Finalize software product requirements and distribute engineering tasks within the team.
  • Guide team through Agile SDLC methodologies, including daily scrums and sprint planning.
  • Design application workflows to optimize data governance control performance.
  • Develop tools for privacy validation and data scanning during cloud migrations.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years in a Software Developer, or related, occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:


Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:

Java, Log4j, EJB, MyBatis, Spring MVC, Jenkins, and Eclipse; JMS; Javascript; JAX-RS, JAX-WS, and WSDL; PL/SQL and Oracle SQL; SOAP, RESTful Web Services, and XML; and Apache and Jenkins.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $123,656 - $194,500 (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP).
