Position Summary | The IT Assistant will work as part of the Center’s IT Unit. Most duties will involve basic tier-1 support in a Windows 11 environment (updates for devices, malware scans, troubleshooting, and new system set-ups) as well as help organizing and taking inventory of systems and equipment. Students may also have the opportunity to support work associated with programming measures and preparing tracking systems for research participants, depending on the activity of research studies. Students will cultivate relationships with research professionals and see how a research setting carries out daily work. |
