Job Description Summary & Additional Information
The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for development and maintenance of the Division of Research (VPR) and the Office of Research Administration (ORA) websites, maintaining and developing Google Drive, Sites, Forms, and AppScript content, and providing limited IT support.
Available to work approximately 10 hours per week during office business hours 8.00 to 5.00 for the summer semester until August 9th, 2026 . The successful candidate will transition to a Full time Graduate student working 20 hours August 10, 2026.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with the diverse constituency of the campus community, including staff, administrators, and faculty.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a registered graduate student in good standing enrolled in a degree program at the University of Maryland and must be making satisfactory progress toward the degree.
Graduate Assistant I is for master’s students.
