Position Summary:
The Systems & Technology Manager supports the Division of Administration by ensuring the reliable operation, integration, and optimization of divisional systems. This role manages daily platform operations, user administration, and vendor coordination, while also driving automation and integration initiatives that improve data integrity and operational efficiency. By providing consistent, well-documented, and functional systems, the Manager enables the OpEx team and unit leaders to make data-informed decisions aligned with cost, quality, and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain uptime, data accuracy, and operational reliability for core platforms (NetMenu, Nutrislice, Micros/CSGold, Occuspace, Topanga, Touchwork, ReUse Pass, Transact/CBORD).
  • Monitor performance and proactively identify issues before they disrupt service delivery or data reporting.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for system troubleshooting, upgrades, and vendor escalations.
  • Administer user roles, permissions, and security protocols to ensure compliance and data protection.
  • Partner with OpX team to develop and maintain SOPs, quick-reference guides, and training sessions to build user confidence and consistency.
  • Coordinate with IT, G2 governance, and Finance on technology requests, testing, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with the OpEx Analyst and Process Optimization teams to ensure operational data is complete, timely, and trustworthy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with inaccurate or incomplete data, particularly nutritional/allergen and customer-facing information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, or business systems support.
  • Experience with data integration, APIs, and workflow automation preferred.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, or other BI platforms a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and navigate IT governance processes.
