To do this, the team manages data, works with product, operations, and other business teams for improvement, and drives changes and enhancements to system configurations and processes. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR What You’ll Do:- Organize data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; Serve as the analytics subject matter expert.
- Pull data from Google Cloud Platform; model data based on reporting needs; automate data pull and data refresh processes.
- Perform data cleansing and data profiling.
- Enforce data quality using data management techniques and standards
- Report data-based insights in a uniform manner; Build core reporting platform for general business operations including support of weekly business reviews.
- Monitor and report on business strategies; Analyzes and ensures accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data.
- Developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms; responding to requests for recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Compiling and analyzing data and reviewing solution outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and precision in pipeline and activity data.
- Manage dashboards and reports to facilitate teams' understanding of business health and goal achievement levels.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on the application of best practices;
- Presenting data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders by consulting with internal organizations; Developing insights based on data analysis on highly complex or significant matter; Applying analytical results to project goals; Identifying trends and key insights; Conduct deep‑dive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and root causes in large datasets.
- Translating results into business actions and presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Participating in large data analytics project teams and manages long-term, complex analytic projects by serving as a technical lead for analytics projects, Working with project teams and business partners. to determine project KPIs and goals; Collaborate with product, operations, finance, supply chain, technology, and business leaders to understand problems and deliver data‑driven solutions.
- Developing contingency plans for data analysis; determining modeling based on business needs; Identifying the need for use of advanced analysis methodologies; developing use cases across business areas; Providing guidance and direction on best practice reporting methods; Promote a culture of data literacy and analytics adoption across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact offering insights into metric movements and trends and providing data-driven insights. You will play a key role both in shaping our team’s growth, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver key results and insights.

- Strategic Decision Maker: Conduct in-depth investigations into key drivers of transportation challenges, leveraging extensive datasets and performing ad hoc analysis. Utilize the insights gained to make informed and strategic business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field
- Experience building business dashboards
- Ability to think clearly, problem solve, analyze quantitatively, scope business requirements and prioritize
- You have a background in full truckload transportation, within an asset carrier, brokerage, or at a major shipper
- You have 2+ years of experience with advanced SQL, Python/R, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Big Query, and Google Cloud Platform.
- You have proven experience in translating business requirements into innovative data solutions that drive growth and leveraging data to inform business strategy and process design.
- You have experience building and executing strategic business processes within a large organization including working with technology partners to deliver information solutions.
- You have strong exploratory data analysis skills and ability to make analytical, data driven recommendations.
- You have strong written, presentation and verbal communication.
- You have experience successfully navigating a highly matrixed organization while working closely with teams across segments of the company.
- You are curious and seek to understand business problems beyond the task or data
- You thrive in ambiguity and have demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
