What you'll do...
Role summary:The (USA) Staff, Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies for Scintilla Health Channel Performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver measurable business impact. Leveraging data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies, you will influence product direction and mentor peers, ensuring rigorous discovery and continuous improvement within the product area. This position demands strong strategic thinking and effective communication across teams.
About the team:
The Data Ventures Product team develops and scales Walmart’s data-driven products, transforming unique data assets into solutions that enhance customer value and generate new revenue. Operating within the Global Data & Ads Product group, the team integrates data, technology, and commercialization, with platforms like Scintilla enabling insights for suppliers and internal partners. Expanding into Health & Wellness, the team creates innovative products such as Scintilla Health, combining pharmacy data with market research. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Business Development, Legal, and Research, the team drives product innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Drive Product Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, managing backlog priorities and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own product vision and strategy by framing problems, guiding prototypes, and aligning teams on goals
- Partner with Core teams to influence roadmap prioritization and extend platform capabilities for Health use cases
- Identify opportunities to build reusable features across Health and Retail
- Work closely with BD and sales to incorporate prospect and client feedback
- Ensure product roadmap aligns with revenue goals and client value
- Navigate dependencies across engineering, legal, and core teams
- Drive clarity and execution even when requirements are evolving
What you'll bring:
- Customer & Problem Understanding: Able to synthesize inputs (clients, merchants, data) into clear product direction
- Product Vision & Strategy: Connects feature development to business impact and long-term scalability
- Product Lifecycle Management: Strong execution across complex, cross-team environments
- Data & Technical Acumen: Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or reporting tools. Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Leadership & Influence: Drives alignment across teams without direct authority

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
