The E&S Moderations Manager, Technology Operations, is responsible for leading the ad operations team, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining team KPIs, and driving strategic initiatives for portfolio acceleration and technology business operations. This role involves managing team performance, developing talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.

About the team

This team focuses on strategic portfolio acceleration, cross-segment tech enablement, tech talent experience (TTX), portfolio foundations, and technology business operations. As a manager, you will contribute towards motivational leadership and problem-solving, building and managing the ad operations team, and providing guidance on a wide range of topics from creative moderations and moderations support process. You will be a strong advocate and leader for your team of direct reports.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the ad operations team, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for WBR/MBR/QBR.

Oversee team workload, assign projects, and provide career growth/mentorship to direct reports.

Build team roadmaps, align business and technical needs, and translate customer insights into actionable initiatives.

Develop new hire training and SOPs, continuously improving knowledge growth within the team.

Oversee vendor relationships and ensure vendor associates consistently meet delivery performance expectations.

Foster collaborative relationships with key partners and leadership to drive business goals and implement product and operational improvements.

What You’ll bring

B.E. or any equivalent degree in Computer Science, with 6+ years in people management and 9+ years overall experience in Sponsored Search / Sponsored Product self-serve platforms or relevant domain.

Strong familiarity with ad serving technologies and platforms, with a willingness to work rotational shifts, including PST hours.

Proven ability to build, attract, and manage an Operations team, providing clear vision and guiding them to success.

Proficient analytical and data handling skills, minute attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Ability to think strategically and tactically, exercise sound business judgment, and problem-solve technical requirements.
