•Lead team to execute multiple innovation programs/projects with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue/profit contribution to SIBG tape platform related business.
•Plans, directs, and coordinates customer strategy/challenges/Pain points, define NPI opportunity with activities including milestone plans
•Support current product continuity, quality improve and cost savings programs
•Keep compliance, safety, regulation and 7S
•
Qualification:
Qualification:
•Master and above degree in chemical, Polymer, Material Science or relative disciplines is preferred
•Project management skills, experience in project on technology or product development
•Strong positive “can-do’ mind set and positive teamwork skills
•Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation
•Ability to work in a dynamically changing and fast-growing industry. Growth and result driven
•Excellent people management and communication skill, team work spirit.
