Job Description:

•Represent 3M PSD to work closely with key government bodies, standard committees and key academic experts to continuously drive hearing protection related regulation/standard improvement in China.
•Lead/Co-lead regulation/standard influence efforts in hearing protection industry with the support from local and global standard development team.
•Keep tracking regulation development trend and implementation, deeply understand the regulations and apply them in end user education and product marketing.
•Ensure company and business complies with all regulations and laws pertinent to the industry and work with local and global regulatory agencies on issues.
•Provide technical support to business team and government affairs team on setting up relationship with relative government authorities.
