Packaging Graphics Analyst

As a Packaging Graphics Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinate end-to-end approvals for supplier-printed packaging artwork via AMP, Enovia/PLM, SAP, and GGSM—validating data, assigning owners/approvers, and meeting SLAs in SIBG USAC. You will keep statuses and dashboards current; manage estimates, timelines, costs, POs/invoices; and collaborate across functions and with agencies/suppliers to deliver production-ready files. You will ensure compliance with global brand guidelines, Corporate Packaging Policy, the 3M Global Shipper Label Policy, ISO/QMS, and labeling regulations, while driving process improvements, partnering with system admins, escalating risks, and supporting customer satisfaction.
The impact you will make in this role
· Led end-to-end pre-printed packaging artwork with external suppliers; ensured compliance with brand, Corporate Packaging Policy, and global/national labeling (incl. 3M Global Shipper Label Policy).
· Managed intake and approvals in ITSM, AMP, Enovia/PLM, SAP, GGSM; validated data and met SLA deadlines.
· Aligned cross-functional teams (Marketing/Business, Packaging Solutions, Regulatory/Technical, Legal, R&D, Quality, Plants, Customer Service, Division leaders, agencies) to deliver production-ready files.
· Tracked timelines, milestones, resources, costs, POs/invoices; maintained dashboards; prevented data issues; escalated risks early and drove process improvements to enhance data quality and reduce cycle time; adhered to ISO/QMS; supported system/tool enhancements.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
· A Bachelor level or higher university degree specifically, a Bachelor of Science or equivalent in design, engineering, design research or art management education is preferred.
· 1-3 years of relevant working experience
· Experience with prepress and production artwork/ packaging
· Portuguese Language (B2)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
· Knowledge of different print processes (i.e., offset, flexography, lithography print proof). Experience with packaging design and/or working with graphic designers or brand designers
Work Location: This position follows an on-site working model, meaning the employee is required to perform their duties at the GSC Costa Rica, located at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia. However, depending on the company´s needs and operational capabilities, a flexible on-site schedule may be permitted. At present, employees are expected to work from the office one day per week, to foster collaboration and maintain team connection. Nevertheless, the required on-site presence may be adjusted in the future and could increase to several days per week, depending on business needs and operational priorities. The company will communicate any such changes in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
