Job Description:

• Support business team to service customers from technical perspective
• Work with sales and marketing personnel to recommend personal protection solutions to customers
• Lead and participate in PSD new product field test ， VOC analysis and develop sales tools
• PSD product new application development.
• Organize and participate in technical seminars for PSD solution and 3M brand promotion
• Communicate and collaborate with local, regional, global team, and China cross-functional team.
• Troubleshooting and independent complaint handling
• Connect with industry KOLs and association for 3M influence enhancement.
• Other duties as assigned.
