Job Description
Ensure the proper functioning of critical equipment and optimal building conditions and facilities to ensure plant operation in accordance with quality system regulations and standards, EHS guidelines and established regulations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the capital investment budget for the facility area of the assigned project (s).
- Execute capital investment projects for plant facilities (buildings, facilities and equipment), expansions and new process facilities.
- Monitor that contractors comply with safety procedures and work schedules assigned to the facilities department.
- Ensure compliance with requirements and regulations in terms of facility and infrastructure with the entities that insure the company's assets.
- Ensure compliance with project operating permits assigned to government entities.
- Execute energy savings and energy management activities and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and legal EHS requirements, through compliance with internal policy and procedures. Likewise, ensure compliance through the adoption of necessary strategies, internal controls, communication and training.
- Continuously improve EHS results through leadership, commitment and active participation in all initiatives related to EHS.
Qualifications
Bachiller en Ingeniería en Mantenimiento Industrial, Electromecánica o similar.

Inglés Intermedio-avanzado, B2 Marco común europeo.
Additional Information
- Bachelor in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil.
- Intermediate-Advanced English, B2 Common European Framework.
- Experience of at least 3 years in maintenance and facilities areas, preferably in the Medical or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience of at least 3 years in project management.
- Office, Project Mgt., Minitab, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of NFPA, electromechanics, industrial electrical installations, HVAC, industrial mechanical systems, maintenance systems
- Adaptability Capacity.
