Some of Adobe’s biggest opportunities as we build software responsibly are preventing harmful bias and working to remove barriers to technology.

This opportunity is exceptional for a high-energy and experienced professional to deeply contribute to the mission of the Ethical Innovation program at Adobe. You are outstanding at influencing up, down, and across groups, and your actions demonstrate a humble dedication to fostering the growth and success of others. You are joining a fast-paced organization that often requires quick turnarounds, so initiative and efficiency is needed for success in this position.

What you'll Do

  • Assist in review with suppliers around accessibility and AI.
  • Develop and lead a governance process for suppliers and accessibility audit vendors.
  • Be responsible for AI and Accessibility risks in the vendor risk management program that may impact Adobe.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards to communicate risks and metrics to senior leadership and product teams.
  • Collect data from various sources; leverage existing tools and technologies to combine data sets and identify patterns/trends.
  • Provide guidance to teams about accessibility and AI Ethics.

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience or process design experience, or a combination of both.
  • Experience in software development specifically in web and/or client-side, software lifecycle methodology, and/or information systems development.
  • Strong program management skills with demonstrated experience developing or supporting a governance structure.
  • Experience with collaborating with different teams and roles in legal, engineering, marketing, HR, sales, etc.
  • Collaboratively working with others to establish and uphold policies, standards, and approaches.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and their implications.
  • Working experience in an Accessibility or AI Ethics Center of Excellence in a software organization or relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations as well as understand organizational issues and challenges.
  • Proven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a high matrixed and global organization environment.
