We are building a groundbreaking GenAI product that enables businesses to create hyperpersonalized,
immersive customer experiences. Our mission is to help brands drive deeper
engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase conversion rates through AIpowered
personalization. We're seeking an AI Product Manager to join this innovative
initiative and shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences.
What You'll Do
• Drive product strategy and execution for our GenAI product, including defining key
technical requirements and making informed tradeoffs between model capabilities
and user needs
• Partner with engineers to evaluate and integrate foundational models, design
prompt engineering strategies, and optimize model performance metrics while
managing computational costs
• Design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for GenAI models,
including automated testing pipelines and human evaluation protocols
• Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization with a deep understanding of LLM
technical constraints, ensuring efficient resource allocation across model training,
fine-tuning, and deployment
• Write detailed technical specifications and user stories that effectively bridge
business requirements with engineering implementation needs
• Analyze product metrics, model performance data, and user feedback to
continuously improve product capabilities and user experience
• Stay at the cutting edge of GenAI technologies through hands-on experimentation
with emerging tools and platforms (e.g., Replit, Vercel v0)

Formula for Success
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on
building GenAI/ML products
• Strong technical background with demonstrated ability to discuss model
architectures, prompt engineering strategies, and ML infrastructure with
engineering teams
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for GenAI models,
including both automated and human evaluation methods
• Active engagement with the latest GenAI technologies and development tools, with
hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications
• Proven track record of translating complex technical capabilities and limitations
into clear product requirements and feature specifications
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse
audiences
• Experience leading agile development processes and managing product backlogs in
a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
practices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
