About the Role

We are at the forefront of digital transformation in marketing with our GenAI-first agentic product offering, "Experience Success”. This innovative solution automatically finds opportunities to improve performance, encompassing both end user experience and business outcomes. By analyzing user experiences and content engagement, it auto-suggests improvements and provides a way for business owners to approve and automatically address the seen opportunities.

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of this innovative product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and implement the product strategy for Experience Success, ensuring strong differentiation in the market.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value of GenAI-powered automation for experience performance and optimization.
  • Lead major product launches, orchestrating high-impact go-to-market plans that drive adoption and awareness.
  • Establish our brand as a leader in AI-powered web optimization through content, events, and executive communications.
  • Act as a spokesperson and evangelist at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
  • Develop thought leadership assets, such as whitepapers, blogs, and webinars, to educate the market on advanced web experiences.
  • Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and narratives to drive customer adoption and success.
  • Develop sales playbooks, driven battle cards, and objection-handling frameworks to position our AI solutions effectively.
  • Own competitive intelligence, defining our differentiation and market strategy in an evolving AI landscape.
  • Lead market research to refine audience segmentation, buyer personas, and key use cases.
  • Partner with product management to craft roadmap priorities based on customer and market needs.
  • Monitor important performance metrics to evaluate impact and consistently improve marketing strategies.

Who You Are

Seeking a proactive product manager comfortable in rapidly-evolving, tech-centric atmospheres. Must have a track record of successfully introducing and growing enterprise SaaS products and a keen interest in the influence of GenAI on content and experience management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, with deep expertise AI, automation with GenAI, and digital experience platforms.
  • Confirmed experience in running high-profile websites or storefronts at peak performance and optimizing outcomes/conversions with content.
  • Passionate about storytelling, marketing automation, and committed to thoughtful customer engagement.
  • Shown ability to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, compelling narratives for executives, technical teams, and business audiences.
  • Experience driving end-to-end product strategy and execution, from positioning to launch to adoption.
  • Strong background in sales enablement, competitive positioning, and AI evangelism.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics and inform product strategies.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience marketing GenAI-powered products or AI solutions for web performance, user experience, or content engagement.
  • Familiarity with Adobe’s Experience Management product or similar enterprise SaaS solutions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $176,900 -- $321,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
