With this dynamic change, we’re looking for a Web Analyst Specialist who can help drive this exciting transformation. As we enhance our digital strategy, your insights will play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Adobe for Business online presence. You’ll dive deep into web analytics, uncovering trends and opportunities that directly influence business decisions, user experience, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a blended technical, web and digital marketing analytics background with a passion for storytelling tied to business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Understand Adobe’s B2B business strategy, web metrics and measurement, and web strategy in order to connect recommendations to the desired business outcomes
  • Support web’s global RTB (run the business) and T&O (testing and optimization) performance reviews
  • Monitor, analyze and interpret web traffic data, user behavior and web engagement metrics using web and customer journey analytics platforms.
  • Generate informative reports, workspaces within Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and presentations to monitor important metrics, recognize patterns and communicate findings to key customers
  • Conduct thorough analyses on website performance, customer journeys, channel performance and A/B testing results to recommend actionable improvements and present results to leadership
  • Collaborate with Web PM, SEO, and Marketing to optimize website design, content, channel and campaign performance
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance and compliance across all aspects of reporting

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field is required
  • 3+ years of web analytics and digital analytics experience is required
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Analysis Workspace, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, managing and manipulating large data sets are required.
  • Solid grasp of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights that tie to business strategy and desired outcomes
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, including confident presence over the phone and via conference tools with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical collaborators. Leading meetings, workshops, and reviews in front of leadership and audiences both small and large.
  • Strong data and analytics skills -- can tell a story with data and analytics.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture, including tag management.
  • Experience crafting A/B test and analyzing subsequent results highly desired.
  • Experience with SEO analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, digital marketing campaign analytics, heatmaps or session recording tools such as ContentSquare, CrazyEgg, or Hotjar is a plus
  • Solid understanding of marketing attribution models and customer segmentation
  • Certifications in Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,300 -- $183,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
