People ManagerThe Opportunity
You will lead all aspects of customer activation within the Adobe Express product experience. You will think expansively to determine the best internal opportunities for product experience improvements and ensure the onboarding journey for new customers is seamless.
The successful candidate will be skilled at scaling in matrixed environments and be able to put the customer first to deliver lovable journeys. This is a leadership role that requires utilizing research and insights to determine the ideal paths forward.
You will bring a proven ability to deliver compelling user experiences, work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a profound impact through influence.
What You'll Do
- You will own the vision and strategy of Adobe Express Product Activation globally
- You and your team will define the vision, roadmap, and execute the product strategy
- You will drive the prioritization of technical work together with engineering management and program management to accelerate customer activation
- Articulate the vision in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, fostering a shared sense of purpose and direction.
- Lead a team of high-impact product managers to bring the vision, roadmap, and execution to fruition in long-lasting ways that reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs, mentoring them to achieve excellence in the quality of PM artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs) and data-driven decision making.
- Apply data-driven insights from market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to make informed decisions about priorities. Analyze the impact of the activities and refine them as needed to create an environment of continuous learning and iteration across the organization.
- Spot risks, find opportunities, identify competitive landscapes and emerging trends, and understand implications, breaking insights into pragmatic actions.
- Bring a combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short-term and long-term results through defined product requirements, prioritized features, and a competitive landscape.
- Evaluate and optimize organizational structures and processes for enhanced efficiency and agility.
- Champion a sense of belonging and purpose, encouraging a strong connection to the vision and mission. Encourage a culture of continuous feedback, both formal and informal, to support individual and team development.
What's Needed to Succeed
- Proven product management leadership experience, including leading highly versatile and diverse teams of product managers.
- 5+ years experience growing product adoption and launching product experimentation to improve acquisition
- Strong problem-solving skills — thinking strategically and creatively to identify and address challenges and opportunities
- Track record of product roadmap definition and execution.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and challenge the status quo in a large company
- Demonstrated success in driving positive cultural change.
- Demonstrated success in fostering an environment where employees feel connected and motivated to collaborate.
- A sense of urgency and ability to act quickly and conclusively, possessing self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position and not afraid to make decisions.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer insight, critical thinking, and product innovation.
- Ability to lead and influence others through technical excellence and stellar execution.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $166,100 -- $334,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
